Hi - I live in barrow - I have a macbook pro and I am a total technophobe! - this laptop was a gift and has served me well for three years using it just for emails and usually shopping online and itunes.
However -ive had to put it into a local computer shop for a 'service' as it wasnt receiving emails at all and as a result, it has come back today fixed. To do the fix it has been totally wiped and ready to be re-started which i have successfully managed tonight - but - now, for some reason it wont sync my iphone and my thousands of itunes and pictures are nowhere to be seen when i open my itunes on the mac?
i dont feel confident to take it back into the shop but i wonder if any of your group could give me any advice?
i would be extremely grateful - i'm hoping its something very simple to fix?
